Success Story - High Lodge
13 April 2008
In June 2004 we were asked to supply stone for an extension on an old gate lodge the lodge was over 200 years old.

The stone supplied needed to be a close match to the existing stone and have an aged finish.
We supplied a sample panel of Hampole russet limestone, with a distressed finish, Hampole Limestone is a cream stone with fossils in it giving the stone a busy look, the distressed surface was achieved by scouring the surface of ashlar stone with rotating scouring pads.

The samples panel was accepted by the planning department and over the following three years we have supplied this site with the stone to build a garage and three extensions.

The building required many feature mullion windows and doorways.
We also provided some special features for the building.
