From footpaths to follies, benches to balustrades, real stone makes the difference

Originating from Ancient Greece and revitalised during the Italian Renaissance, ornamental stone in the garden soon became a symbol of wealth and status amongst English aristocrats, manifesting itself in what we now refer to as the English Formal Garden.
At Warmsworth Stone we manufacture a wide variety of hard landscaping, sculptured stone garden ornamentation and furniture. Gatepost finials, walling, coping and terracing are the more obvious items but we've also created elaborately carved garden benches, ornamental bridges, balustrades, planters, sundials, bird baths, tables and gazebos - all carved from a variety of real stone including limestone and sandstone, not cast from imitation.
We are often commissioned to undertake large scale, bespoke masonry projects for private and commercial customers and would be more than happy to talk to you about yours.
